NATURAL FORMS
The motivation behind this series is characterized by an interest in organic objects and forms. I have always been drawn to found objects in nature and the qualities these objects possess. I am attempting to capture the life force energies in the elements of these natural pieces. Some have a biomorphic character quality and others are more distinct shapes of shells and skulls. The basic root of the charcoal drawings is to explore the details and elements that make up forms.
